Some things are better said in a book.

Advantages of Self-Publishing

When a writer wishes to publish a book but is unable to gain a traditional publishing contract or is unwilling to give a publisher creative and legal control over his or her work, then self-publishing is the best option. The self-publishing author funds the entire project, from design to print to marketing and promotion, essentially starting a business with his or her book as the product.

What are the advantages?

Self-publishing a book allows you to invest in your creativity on your own terms. You control what is in your book, how it looks, and when it will be published. You also retain copyright and all profits from sales.

A book is something tangible, a lasting result of your creative efforts that everyone can touch and see.

A book allows you to enjoy the prestige and status of a published author and expert in your field.

A book opens doors of opportunity, such as being picked up by a major publishing house, expanding your writing career, or advancing your vocation.

Self-publishing is unpredictable. We advise our clients to carefully consider whether they can fund and pursue their projects without undue burden, and we help them choose wisely among the many options available once they decide to publish.
